We think he gets it from his father?! Can we just meet you Mr Khan? From being a hopeless romantic to a don… SRK knows all the secrets to becoming an epic hero. So we’ve picked 10 dialogues that will either make you nod your head and say: ‘OMG that is so true’, or maybe even make you shed a ansoo (tear)!!! But one things for sure, SRK movies never get old! SRK fans reunite here!!! SimplyAmina would like to say thanks to all the Bollywoodians that got involved in helping us choose the best dialogues. So what are we waiting for? Here we go…

#1. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge: Bade bade deshon me aisi choti choti baaten hoti rehti hai cenorita (In big big countries such small things are happening cenorita) I like the “Cenorita” part!

#2. Kal Ho Na Ho: Main aankhein band karta hoon toh tumhe dekhta hoon, aankhein kholta hoon toh tumhe dekhna chahta hoon (When I close my eyes I only see you, when I open my eyes I only see you. And I only want to see you) Speechless.

#3. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: Pyar dosti hai. Agar woh meri sab se achchi dost nahin ban sakti, to main usse kabhi pyar kar hi nahi sakta. kyunki dosti bina toh pyar hota hi nahin. Simple, pyar dosti hai. (Love is friendship … if she can’t be my best friend, then I cannot fall in love with her … because love cannot happen without friendship … simple, love is friendship) This is pretty deep, but awfully true!

#4. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: Hum ek baar jite hain, ek baar marte hain, shaadi bhi ek hi baar hoti hai, aur pyaar, pyaar bhi ek hi baar hota hai. (We live once, we die once, we get married once and love, love also only occurs once) Life ka “Number 1 rule”.

#5. Jab Tak Hai Jaan: Joh dil jeette hai woh kabhi haarte nahi. (Those who win hearts can never lose). Belief and love that’s all you need!

Jab Tak Hai Jaan

#6. Om Shanti Om: Kehte hain agar kisi cheez ko agar dil se chaho to saari kayanath tumhe usse milane ki koshish me lag jaati hai. (They say that if you wish for something from your heart, the entire universe will try to get it for you).

#7. Veer Zara: Woh kehte hai ki woh koi nahi thi, phir kyun mere liye duniya se woh ladti hai … woh kehte hai main us jaisa nahi, phir kyun mujh jaisi woh lagti hai. (They say that she was no one to me, then why does she fight with the world for me … they say that I am not like her, then why does she look like me). This has to be the most heartfelt dialogue from Veer Zara!!! (Emotional Atyachar)

#8. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi: Ek ladki sirf itna hi chahti hai, ki koi usse itna pyar kare. Jitna kisi ne kisi se na kiya ho. (A girl only wants that … someone loves her to the extent … that no one has ever loved anyone) I know every girlie will be nodding.

#9. Mohabbatein: Mohabbat bhi zindagi ki tarah hoti hai … har mod aasaan nahi hota, har mod par khushi nahi hoti … par jab hum zindagi ka saath nahi chhodte … phir mohabbat ka saath kyun chhodein. (Love is like life … every corner is not easy, every corner doesn’t bring happiness … but when we don’t leave life alone … then why should we leave love alone) Exactly!

#10. Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna: Alvida nahin … alvida kehne se phir milne ki umeed mar jaati hai … kya pata phir milen. (No bye … saying bye kills the hope of meeting again … who knows we might meet again) We may meet again and perhaps we can relate to this?

Clearly these dialogues have pulled at my heart- strings and made me believe that love truly exists – SRK you are a legend! And I love your dialogues. Comment below telling me you’re fav dialogue. And oh yes Shahrukh Khan will probably read this (fingers crossed) so lets spread the love of SRK dialogues!!! Go on, I know you want to 🙂
