There seems to be a big development in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case as an eyewitness has now claimed that Rhea Chakraborty met the actor on June 13 night and in the wee hours of June 14, the day when Sushant was found dead in his Bandra apartment. The two reportedly had a scuffle outside their home, according to a report in Republic TV. The eyewitness has further claimed that Sushant had gone to drop Rhea at her home hence refuting the latter’s claim that she had left the house on June 8.
Reports are also doing the rounds that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) are now considering to file an FIR under Section 302, IPC in Sushant’s case. If Rhea is found guilty, she could get life imprisonment. However, an official confirmation of all these reports is still awaited. Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti found this particular news as a big breakthrough into her brother’s death investigation. “This is a true Breaking News in all sense, a game changer! A witness who can confirm that Bhai met Rhea on 13th night! What exactly conspired on 13th night, that Bhai was found dead the next morning?” Shweta wrote on Twitter.

The report also says that the CBI is likely to re-examine Sidharth Pithani, Dipesh Sawant and all Sushant’s staff present in the house on June 14. The Forensic Department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), which has been roped in by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to give medico-legal opinion in Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, still needs to look into some legal aspects before reaching a “logical legal conclusion”.
The AIIMS forensic team had visited the Bandra flat of Sushant where he was found dead on June 14. The AIIMS team also recreated the incident scene along with the CBI team, accompanied by Sushant’s sister Mitu Singh, his flatmate Siddharth Pithani, and personal staff Neeraj, Keshav Bachne and Dipesh Sawant. The AIIMS team also studied the autopsy report of Sushant prepared by the doctors of the Cooper Hospital in Mumbai.
