Social media personality and former Bigg Boss 16 contestant, Abdu Rozik, recently captured attention by announcing his engagement to his fiancée, Amira. The popular singer shared that they plan to exchange vows in July, with the ceremony graced by Salman Khan. Despite limited information available about Amira, Abdu mentioned that she hails from Sharjah and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
Speaking to Etimes in an interview, the 20-year-old singer disclosed that he encountered Amira at a local eatery, where they experienced love at first sight. Additionally, Abdu emphasized that their engagement is not intended as a publicity stunt or a means to promote a music video. He quipped, “Maybe people find it hard to believe that a small guy like me has found love.”
Abdu Rozik the height hasn’t hindered his marriage prospects
Abdu, who stands shorter than his fiancée Amira, expressed that their height contrast has not cast a shadow on their affection. Revealing that he measures 115 cm, whereas Amira stands at 155 cm, Abdu confessed to previously harboring concerns about finding a companion given his stature. However, he now considers himself fortunate to have crossed paths with Amira. Despite the fact that Amira towers over him, their differing heights have never hindered their relationship.

Recently, Abdu delighted his followers by posting snapshots from his engagement celebration on his social media platform. While he opted not to show Amira’s face, he provided a teaser of the heart-shaped diamond ring. The photos show Abdu and his fiance, Amira, in traditional outfits. While Abdu wore a black-and-gold bisht (cloak) with the traditional headdress, Amira, who was seated in front of him, was dressed in a beautiful white dress and a veil. Abdu can be seen putting the ring on Amira’s finger. Alongside the announcement, he penned: “I never imagined in my life that I will be so lucky to find a love who respects me and is not burdened by the obstacles in my life 7th of July save the date !! I cannot express to you in words how happy I am.”
In reaction to the post, his fans and a couple of celebrities took to the comment section and congratulated them. Prior to this, Abdu in a long post shared his wedding news with fans on social media. “I never imagined in my life that I would be so lucky to find a love who respects me and is not burdened by the obstacles in my life. 7th of July save the date !! I cannot express to you in words how happy I am,” he wrote.
