Now Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta have been in films together in previous years, but their latest music video to Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon is definitely making me feel every emotion in the bucket. My bestie shared the link this morning with me and made me realize that love can be adorable and heart-aching at times, because I’m sure after hearing Armaan Malik’s voice (seriously) you are going to need some kleenex tissues.
As I’ve already told you the song is sung by Armaan and composed by his brother Amaal Malik. The duo have dished out quite a few amazing tracks in the past and they are back with yet another soulful mix. The romantic story may just make you teary-eyed for a couple of moments as the music captures your soul. It has been directed by Amit Sharma.
Doesn’t Emraan play the perfect lover? And of course, Esha, looks stunning! #HerSmile

So I know Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan’s epic love saga, Hamari Adhuri Kahaani was released in June of this year, but I wanted to share with you (my Bollywoodians) the simple and truest meaning of this film. Although reviews have been stating that the film is just so over cheesy and what not. I have come to realize that sometimes we are shown these specific roles so we can see the real meaning of love, which is written and repeated during this film constantly, whether you agree with me or not. So here are the lessons or you can call them the reality of life, that you can learn from this movie!
Vidya Balan aka Vasudha has to sacrifice ALOT in this film. With her husband disappearing for 5 years to her falling in love again with Emraan aka Aarav, the rich hotel owner. It literally shows that love means sacrifice, in that you have to sometimes give up what you want in order to make YOUR special someone happy.
The film emphasizes the point that understanding is key in relationships, and the fact that if you love someone so much, even though people may come in the way of your love, you still have that special connection from the heart – and no one can break that!
Vasudha tries to go away from her job and Aarav, once she finds out that he loves her. she clearly states that she has to block her feelings because she is already married and has a child. But Aarav is very understanding and she soon opens up about everything. This means that sharing and expressing your feelings is pretty much essential in heart-to-hearts, agree?
Even though Vasudha still wonders where her husband is and why he has just abandoned her and their son. She plays the role of a mother and father to her son (which is really emotional) and eventually Hari aka Rajkumar Rao comes back into her life – why??? When she is already in love with Aarav </3
Yes the sub-title says it ALL! Love exists even after it’s gone, because of the theory of soul-mates! This film is jam-packed with emotion, love and some VERY cheesy dialogues! Please remember to have a box of tissues next time you watch this!

Hamari Adhuri Kahani is meant to be one of those romantic films of the year and everyone is looking forward to heading to the cinemas to experience the love. The makers of the film have released the second song from the movie and I personally think everyone is going to fall in love. But the high school kind of (crush) love, what say? The song, Humnava, is composed by Mithoon and sung by Papon. And blimey, the lyrics are ace.
Have you fell in love, yet?!
Mohit Suri is definitely back! And if you don’t know who this is? It’s the director of Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain and yes he’s ready to captivate our souls – that’s right! The film is a story of reciprocated love which stars Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashi. Now I’m not a fan of Emraan because he’s quite a naughty chap and you know the rest VERY well. Anyway, Mahesh Bhatt (Alia Bhatt’s father) is the writer of the story and he was quoted saying this:
Hamari Adhuri Kahani is a very emotional perspective on a traditional Indian woman. She is your mangalsutra-wearing woman, who though works in a five star hotel as a florist, has still not gone out of that traditional space. I feel we have stopped looking at that woman. We are only looking at the urban women in our films.
And guys guess what? Arijit Singh delivers yet another killer song and you know how much I love his music! Everyone is obsessing over the fact that this film maybe this year’s fantastic love story (not sure). But do you agree with that statement!?
What do YOU think? *wipes tears*
